About 2025 Staff Recognition Luncheon & Ceremony

The Office of Human Resources administers the Staff Recognition Luncheon on the second Tuesday in May. UND staff members are recognized for the major milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service. Staff members recognized for 20 through 45 years of service are presented with a gift card to the University Bookstore in the amounts of $50 for 20 years, $100 for 25, 30, and 35 years and $200 for 40 and 45 years. The Ken & Toby Baker UND Proud Award and 10 Meritorious Awards are also presented, along with $1,000 per award.

Yes, you need to register and purchase a ticket to attend this event.

The information you provide upon registration will only be used to establish you as a user on the platform and to create your login credentials. It will not be used for any other purposes.

Registration will be almost identical. At the registration, indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase. You will be required to enter the names, emails, and meal selection for each person, through the “+Assign” button. After all tickets are assigned, selecting “submit” will take you to check-out.  Each attendee will receive their ticket via email.

Yes. Ticket prices are $14 per person. Tickets are on sale until the Friday, May 2, 2025, after which the registration option will close.

Yes, you can attend the event virtually at no cost through the Zoom event

If you are purchasing tickets using UND alumni funds, please select the Event Attendee (Alumni Funding Registrations ONLY) ticket to register for this event. If you are unable to use a pcard, use discount code: UNDHR2025 which will allow you to register for free and receive an invoice for payment. After purchasing tickets, email your list of attendees, their names and emails to chris.egeland@UND.edu and patricia.young@UND.edu. An invoice will be generated after the event for you to complete and identify alumni funding.
